Terms and Conditions
I may cancel this Contract by sending notice in writing for that purpose to ICS Canada. I agree that:
(a) If I cancel within seven (7) calendar days following my enrolment date, all monies paid by me to ICS Canada will be refunded:
(b) If I or ICS Canada cancel after seven (7) calendar days, regardless of whether or not I have completed any lessons, I will be charged and shall pay to ICS Canada the non-refundable registration fee and any applicable non-refundable administrative, shipping and handling and NSF/late fees.
(c) If I or ICS Canada cancel after the seven (7) calendar days and have submitted at least one lesson to ICS Canada for correction, I will be charged and shall pay those fees referred to in paragraph 6(b) above, together with part of the tuition as follows:
i. Up to and including completion of the first 10% of the lessons, I am obligated to pay 30% of the tuition fee.
ii. If I have completed 11% to 30% of the lessons, I am obligated to pay 50% of the tuition fee.
iii. If I have completed more than 30% of the lessons in the program, I am obligated to pay 100% of the tuition. Notwithstanding anything as stated above, if the student to this Contract resides in Quebec at the time of enrolment, and cancels this Contract before ICS Canada has performed any services hereunder, the cancellation is effected without cost or penalty. If such student cancels the Contract after ICS Canada has performed services hereunder, the student must pay only:

a. the price of the services rendered, computed on the basis of the rate stipulated in the Contract; and
b. the lesser of:
i. $50.00; and
ii. a sum representing not more than 10% of the price of the services that were not rendered,
and, following the cancellation of the Contract, ICS Canada shall return to the student any moneys owed to him or her.
