Rose Coupland Penn Foster Instructor

Rose has worked in the health care field for many years.  Her specialty is Operative Nursing.
Rose coordinated and scrubbed for Kidney One on the first organ harvest at Moses Taylor Hospital.  She also trained and scrubbed for laparoscopic gallbladder surgery when first introduced to the northeast area.

Prior to joining Penn Foster, Rose was an adjunct medical instructor for Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy and Medical Billing and Coding programs. 

Rose is a 15 year volunteer with Catherine McAuley Center and various community fund raisers.
Her newest interest is End 68 Hours of Hunger, a private, not for profit organization providing school children with weekend meals.  She is an avid reader and enjoys gardening, travel and spending time with family and friends.
