Sarah Owens
Instructor, Education and Childcare
Sarah Owens is in her first year as an instructor at Penn Foster. Prior to joining Penn Foster, she worked as preschool teacher for five years. To enhance her skills and knowledge of the field, Ms. Owens is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in education with a concentration in The Differentiated Classroom.
What was the best day of your life?
The day that my daughter was born.
What are some of your goals?
Currently, my goal is to complete my Master’s degree in education.
Where is the most interesting place you’ve traveled?
I would have to say the Grand Canyon in Arizona. If you ever have the opportunity to see this world wonder, take it! It is the most beautiful place, especially at sunrise.
What is one of your favorite quotes?
"Be your own kind of beautiful." Audrey Hepburn I teach my daughter to live by these words.
